Finally done.

Well, as done as it's gonna get, BUT I do still see a few, tintsy, small things I know I'm gonna clean up or tweat, and that's it, I swear!

Well, one of the things that I had to correct was her X-men Beast-like feet. Those things were huge! That and I extended her calves a bit more, cause she looked a bit stumpy.

And in the end, I think by adding clothes and shoes, she ended up looking a whole lot better. Who would ever have thought a guy to say that women look better with clothes on? heh. just kidding.

...or am I? :P

W.I.P part 2

So, I finally decided to go back and start finishing this since I haven't touched her forever(not like that!!).

But so far, I think I'm heading in the right direction. Still need to work on the hand and feet a bit more.

Any suggestions for a bg?

Been going between paintings lately, from me and Jon's painting challenge to this one and I finally had some more time to work on it. Didn't really have too much of an idea but I definitely had in mind to do a character that wasn't the typical Caucasian decent, cause it always seems to be the default character to do.

I struggle too long to get it to work, but in the end I was only beating a dead horse and decided to cut my losses and crop it. I think this works much better--to much open space in the original one, and I wanted a way to put those classic zombies into it as well. As my friend called them "McDonald zombies"
I prefer to call them McZombies :D

Super Macho Man finished(?)

It's time to move on. I still see alot of anatomy and perspective issues, but if I stay any longer on it, I'll never move on. I just know it. Played with alot of layers to help put some values on him, which I usually just use about 1-2 per painting. I feel that I cheat in doing so. I feel that if I can depend on skills rather than shortcuts and quick solutions, I'll never better myself.

Ah, well...the ego of an artist.

Anyhoo, I now can move on to the next video game topic challenge with my buddy Jon :D
